About me
Success is a process. Follow the steps.
After starting my career in investment banking in the City, I worked for various banks and financial institutions until shortly after the birth of my second child. Deciding that I wanted to spend quality time with my children, we took off on an adventure travelling around the world for a year, with the 7- and 3-year-olds in tow. We covered much of South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and South America, with a little home schooling but a lot of fun along the way.
Returning to London, I decided that I wanted to make some changes to the way I had been living and wanted to be around more for my children than had previously been possible when I worked in the City. So I set up a business as an Energy Broker where I would help small businesses to reduce their energy costs and consumption.
As the children grew older and more independent, I started to think about my life and career options once more as the desire for a new challenge continued to grow. A series of self-evaluation followed, which led me to looking into becoming a coach. I like people, I like helping people, I’m focused, I have a can-do attitude and I have a wealth of experience in achieving my goals, both in business and beyond. And now, I can add Qualified Coach to that list.
My Training
I trained and qualified with Animas Centre for Coaching (Diploma in Personal Transformation Coaching), recognised by the International Coach Federation, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Association for Coaching.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
I have further training certificates in Group Coaching and Body Oriented Coaching specialisms and also hold a certificate for Public Speaking.
